Not to be vague, but we really don’t use followers as an indication of success. While your followers will grow based on how effective we make your advertising campaign (and how much money is put behind the campaign), followers are what is called a “vanity” metric, and we prefer to measure results based on more meaningful metrics.

If you define results like we do (impressions, engagements, website visits), you will notice an increase in results within the first 30 days. These results should continue to increase each month.

Like all the marketing experts say to do, we recommend you use any marketing plan (including Social Betty) for at least 6-12 months. Why? Because the main focus of our social media management services are to develop your brand’s message, creating brand awareness, engagement, and word-of-mouth. If you want to focus on driving conversions in the short-term, you should consider adding more advertising dollars to our already-existing-in-every-plan paid social advertising services.


We believe in earning your business each month, and therefore, our contracts renew each month and you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice.

The only time you will incur a setup fee is if you do NOT have a Facebook business page at all. This $59 fee covers the basics of getting you setup on Facebook and making sure your page is ready to be seen by the world!

Betty, of course! In all seriousness though, you will be assigned a dedicated social media manager. This “Betty” is highly trained in social media marketing and has experience working with clients in industries similar to yours. This “Betty” will also be your main point of contact.

We get to know your business a couple of ways. First, we do an analysis of your website. Generally, we are able to understand most businesses just by website! Upon completion, we will schedule a kickoff call with you to discuss your business and any additional questions we may have about your business. If at any point you feel we are not representing your business just right, you are encouraged to call your social media manager so we can tweak what is bothering you.

When we conduct our website research and kickoff call, we learn more about your content preferences and how you want your brand to be perceived. We then curate content from external sources that fit your brand preferences, as well as from your website if applicable. When we run an ad from you, we align it to your business goals and pull the content from your website. If necessary, you will have an opportunity to review all content in advance before it is published to your social media pages.

While you do not have to provide us with content, we are happy to use it and welcome you to send it to your social media manager.

If you don’t have your own content, don’t worry! Your social media manager will develop unique content that fits your brand. Social Betty has access to stock photography, simple design software, as well as relevant news sources. We utilize all these tools to develop content to engage your audience.
